Shipping Policy


1. OBJECTIVE:

This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes the Company’s policies, procedures, terms and conditions on shipping any Order that you place at the Company’s Website/Company WhatsApp/Company Email.


This Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made there under and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000, from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures to make the terms of this Policy binding.


2.DEFINITIONS:

For the purpose of this Policy:

  • Order: shall mean the order placed by you for the purchase of products from Viciniti’s Website/Email/WhatsApp

  • you/your/yourself: As used in this Policy, member (whether registered or not) shall be referred to as "you", "your" and "yourself" which shall mean any natural or legal person / individual who has placed the Order at the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual placing the Order with the Website/WhatsApp/Email.

3.SCOPE:

This Policy applies to all the Order(s) that are placed by you on the Website for the purchase of products offered by the Company on the Website.


This Policy describes the Company’s policies, procedures and other terms with respect to shipping the Order(s) placed at the Website including but not limited to the cost for shipment (as applicable); the timelines for shipping the Order(s); shipping methods’; shipping restrictions and other related aspects of shipping. By placing any Order on the Website/WhatsApp/Email, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy and this Policy is thereby binding on you.


4. SHIPPING AREAS:

  • Viciniti delivers to all Pin-codes in India at a B2B level covered by our delivery partners Delhivery etc
  • Viciniti delivers to select locations internationally for exports, we will manually check the pin code serviceability with our reputed courier and re-routing partners before confirming the order.
  • Please provide us with the right pin codes across all order types for avoidance of delivery issues.

5. SHIPPING METHODS:

  • We send our orders via local courier partners close to the dispatch location at a B2B level in India and trusted reputed courier agents and partners for international exports.
  • Our courier partner’s delivery agent may contact you at the mobile number provided by you at time of placing the Order. You are hereby requested to provide the correct details in order to avoid any delay in deliveries.

6. HANDLING & SHIPPING TIME:

  • We pride ourselves on getting you your Order(s) as quickly as possible. Each order is made to order and will be processed after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery time B2B India (Bulk Orders): 15-20 days - making, processing, and delivery time will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery time B2B Exports International (Bulk orders) : 30 - 60 days, making, processing, and delivery time will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.

7. SHIPMENT COST:

  • Shipping cost for B2B bulk/export orders for India is calculated on depending on the weight of the package and delivery pin code, the costing for the same will be shared at the order confirmation stage. This is a manual process with our delivery partners. We will always take prior written approval on cost basis quotation from our delivery partners.

8. SHIPMENT PACKAGING AND TRANSIT:

  • Each order is packed carefully to avoid breakages or inconveniences to you
  • We will not be held liable for any failed deliveries as a result of incomplete information being provided by you. You should ensure that the full and correct address has been provided, along with contact information such as mobile number, so that our delivery agent can reach out to you in case of any issues. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in a delayed delivery. Please note that we rely on you with regard to the accuracy of the information shared with us while placing any Order.
  • Viciniti takes utmost care of ensuring out of stock products are not displayed on our site. Incase, due to oversight of the seller if an out of stock product is purchased online, and we are unable to fullfill the order, we will process 100% refund within 7 days.
  • Viciniti guarantees a full refund in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products shipped by our sellers, if purchased through our platform.
  • Once the Order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled by you for any reason whatsoever.
  • If the carrier was unable to deliver your Order and it was returned to our store/ warehouse facility, please Contact us via WhatsApp or Email, and we’ll reship your Order. However, in case the carries was unable to deliver the Order due to your unavailability, the subsequent delivery may result in additional shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
  • The delivery will not be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The selected product will be delivered only in the city/ pin code as mentioned, as “available” on our Website/Email/WhatsApp. Also the same will be delivered only to the address as mentioned and entered by you at the time of placing the Order.
  • Please note that the delivery of the Order may be affected due to reasons like lockdown, floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh or because of any movement restrictions as per the order of the government authorities. In such an event, the delivery timelines may be affected and delivery may be delayed. We will try our best to deliver the Order at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and in such an event, and make best effort to keep you updated for expected date of arrival.
  • You will be notified on your registered email, WhatsApp on Tracking Id + link, shipping status once the order is in transit. In case you have issues in accessing the tracking id link please feel free to reach us on our registered WhatsApp number/Email Id for clarifications and assistance.
